This policy explains what information Inner Circle Creators, run by Walker Media LLC ("we", "us"), collects when you visit our website or join our waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect what you type into the form:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your answers to optional questions, such as where you are with UGC right now
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, and cookies.
2. How we use it
- To add you to the waitlist and tell you when the program opens
- To send you your launch discount and program updates by email
- To send you text messages, only if you opted in
- To understand what our community wants so we can build a better program
- To measure how our website and ads perform
3. Text messages
If you tick the SMS box, you agree to receive text messages about Inner Circle Creators. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website, form and CRM platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), email and text message providers, payment processors when the program launches, and analytics or advertising tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Cookies and ads
Our site and service providers use cookies and similar tools to keep forms working, remember your preferences and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're on our list or a member of the program, and for as long as we need it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
